The project is located on the northeastern tip of Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. It is an island intended to be landscaped with a private desert forest and populated with wildlife. 

The development comprises a significant residential component, which has been designed by Naga and Infrastructure and site works including coastal protection works designed by AECOM. The marine components included a 110-berth marina with 360m of floating concrete breakwater pontoons, 340m of precast concrete gravity block quay walls, 100,000 m3 of dredging up to 4m deep, 630m of concrete pontoons, a 10m wide slipway and a refueling berth.
